FYI $500 is a starting price and a 4 week retouch is required to maintain this look. Nothing PAST 4 weeks for touch ups will be allowed!

Every hair is placed in a foil bleached to palest yellow, then removed and roots are bleached. Shampoo, Deep Conditioning, all over toner, more conditioning, cut if needed & styled.
